First Prize of National Metallurgical Mining Science and Technology
Recently, China Metallurgical Mining Enterprises Association released the Notice on the Review Results of the 2022 Metallurgical Mining Science and Technology Award, and the project "Key Technology and Industrialization of High Efficiency Intelligent Permanent Magnet Direct Drive Drum" designed and implemented by Jiangsu Jiaxuan Intelligent Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. was awarded the first prize of Metallurgical Gold Mine Science and Technology Award.

The Metallurgical Mining Science and Technology Award is the highest science and technology award in China's metallurgical mining industry, which aims to recognize the innovative achievements that have made significant contributions to the metallurgical mining industry, driven the progress of disciplines, and are recognized by peers at home and abroad.

 ★ Innovation ★

High performance, high reliability and speed accuracy are the characteristics of the demand for transmission equipment in the metallurgical industry. Adhering to the basic principle of "safety, economy, efficiency and intelligence", the high-efficiency intelligent permanent magnet direct drive roller has successfully broken through a series of technical problems such as the large floor area, high energy consumption, low torque, low efficiency, high impact, high failure rate and high operating cost of China's traditional belt conveyor drive system, and has pushed the mine into the fast lane of intelligent transportation development with innovative technology. The project pioneered the high torque density design method of low-speed large torque external rotor permanent magnet motor, established the intelligent operation and maintenance technology of low-speed external rotor permanent magnet direct drive roller based on deep learning, and developed the deep learning diagnosis algorithm of low-speed external rotor permanent magnet direct drive roller. It has achieved "one-time investment" and lifelong benefit ". After application, the equipment operation reliability increases by 20%, and the probability of man-machine separation decreases by 20%, which will reduce the safety risk by more than 10%.

After transformation: 1. The system operates stably and reliably, with low starting and operating currents, reducing power consumption. Through actual operation data calculation, it saves 28% energy compared with the original system, and reduces 70% of the installation space.
2. With the improvement of environmental pollution caused by harmful substances, the application of self permanent magnetic roller in the flotation area belt conveyor of Meishan Mining can reduce 12000 tons of coal burning and 32000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually.
3. In daily use, in addition to adding a small amount of lubricating grease to the bearing, the cost of lubricating oil for the original system reducer is reduced. There is no much maintenance requirements, and the maintenance workload is reduced by about 80%.
4. Improvement of working noise environment
The noise source of traditional drive system mainly comes from asynchronous motor, hydraulic coupler and reducer, which makes the working environment of operators very bad. The noise has caused great harm to the physical and mental health of operators, formed a lot of occupational diseases, and caused huge medical expense burden to coal mines and the country. However, the permanent magnet electric roller drive has very low running sound, which effectively reduces noise pollution and greatly improves the working environment of operators.
5. Improve power grid quality
Compared with the traditional asynchronous motor drive mode, the variable frequency drive of permanent magnet motor has greatly improved the quality of the power grid. The power factor of asynchronous motor is very low under light load, so it needs more reactive current from the power grid. The power supply quality of enterprises will decline, and the loss of line equipment and cables will increase. After the permanent magnet frequency conversion technology is adopted, the power factor of the drive system is improved, there is no current impact, and the load on the grid side rises steadily to the required power. The mechanical and electrical stresses of the equipment are greatly reduced, and the service life of the system is improved.

This award is the affirmation of the Metallurgical and Mining Association on Jiaxuan's R&D ability, and also the specific practice of Jiaxuan that has been led by scientific and technological innovation for a long time.
