On August 17, 2023, representing the latest innovation achievements of permanent magnet motorizd driving pulley industry technology, the  6000V 1120kW high voltage high power permanent magnet direct drive motorizd driving pulley was officially off the line and delivered in Changzhou Headquarters factory, which marks another new breakthrough in the large-scale permanent magnet motorizd driving pulley industry in China.

The permanent magnet direct drive motorizd driving pulley will be transported to Inner Mongolia for National Energy Pingzhuang Coal Industry Yuanbaoshan coal mine. After the project is put into operation, the conveyor belt can be directly driven by the motorized driving pulley, the reducer can be dismantled, and the daily maintenance work such as coupling maintenance and oil change will be greatly reduced; the speed can be adjusted at any time during the operation process, soft start and soft stop, reducing the mechanical loss of the conveyor belt and yak, and the effect of energy saving and carbon reduction is obvious; and it effectively solves the problems of small installation space, large power requirement and high torque requirement.
