The company possesses the first domestic professional laboratory for 11-1000 kW high-torque full-power intelligent permanent magnet pulleys, a high-voltage insulation structure laboratory, a high-voltage insulation material laboratory, and is about to launch the largest 20 MW permanent magnet motor testing platform in the country. It has several senior and mid-level technical personnel, including national distinguished experts from the Chinese Academy of Sciences' "Thousand Talents Program," and has established a national-level postdoctoral research workstation.

Since 2019, Jasung has earned widespread acclaim for its innovative "Industrial Intelligent Pulley" technology, recognized as "Jiangsu Province's First Major Equipment and Key Component". The same year, Jasung received: China Energy-Saving Product Certification (issued by China Quality Certification Center); First Prize in National Equipment Management & Technological Innovation (China Equipment Management Association); Third Prize in Jiangsu Coal Science & Technology Progress Award (Jiangsu Coal Association); First Prize in Changzhou Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition. In 2021 , the company secured: Approval for Jiangsu Province’s Scientific & Technological Achievement Transformation (July 2021); First Prize in China Coal Industry Science & Technology Award (December 2021).
