(hereinafter referred to as Jiaxuan Intelligent) Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Changzhou, a renowned hub for intelligent manufacturing, Jiaxuan Intelligent empowers industrial clients worldwide to achieve low-carbon transition and IoT-enabled upgrading through permanent magnet drive technologies. It is a national high-tech enterprise integrating the R&D, production, sales and after-sales service of products and technologies including permanent magnet direct-drive pulleys, inner rotor permanent magnet motors, frequency converters, wind turbine generators, low-speed permanent magnet ring motors specially designed for grinding mills, maglev high-speed permanent magnet motors, and permanent magnet shaft generators. The company has been awarded the titles of National Specialized, Refined, Differential and Innovative "Little Giant" Enterprise and Key "Little Giant" Enterprise, and runs a national postdoctoral workstation for permanent magnet drive systems. Its products have been certified as "internationally leading" by an expert team organized by the China Machinery Industry Federation. The company has received several prestigious awards, including the "National Equipment Management and Technological Innovation Achievement First Prize" from the China Equipment Management Association, the "First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress" from the China Coal Industry Association, the "First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress" from the China Metallurgical Industry Association, and the Wujin District Quality Award. Jiangsu Jasung has also been included in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's "National Industrial Energy-saving Technology Equipment Recommendation Directory" and "National Industrial Energy-saving and Carbon Reduction Application Guidelines and Cases." The company possesses the first domestic professional laboratory for 11-1000 kW high-torque full-power intelligent permanent magnet pulleys, a high-voltage insulation structure laboratory, a high-voltage insulation material laboratory, and is about to launch the largest 20 MW permanent magnet motor testing platform in the country. It has several senior and mid-level technical personnel, including national distinguished experts from the Chinese Academy of Sciences' "Thousand Talents Program," and has established a national-level postdoctoral research workstation.

Since 2019, Jasung has earned widespread acclaim for its innovative "Industrial Intelligent Pulley" technology, recognized as "Jiangsu Province's First Major Equipment and Key Component". In 2020, the China Machinery Industry Federation certified the technology as "Internationally Leading" in its scientific and technological achievements appraisal.

The same year, Jasung received: China Energy-Saving Product Certification (issued by China Quality Certification Center); First Prize in National Equipment Management & Technological Innovation (China Equipment Management Association); Third Prize in Jiangsu Coal Science & Technology Progress Award (Jiangsu Coal Association); First Prize in Changzhou Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition. In 2021 , the company secured: Approval for Jiangsu Province’s Scientific & Technological Achievement Transformation (July 2021); First Prize in China Coal Industry Science & Technology Award (December 2021). By 2022, Jasung was honored with:

First Prize in China Metallurgical Association Awards; Designation as a "National Specialized & Innovative 'Little Giant' Enterprise".

Additionally, the China Coal Machinery Industry Association confirmed that Jasung’s permanent magnet direct-drive pulleys held the highest domestic market share from 2018 to 2021, solidifying its leadership in the sector.

Jasung has strategically strengthened its IP portfolio, with 104 domestic patent applications (as of November 2022), including:

84 Authorized Patents (14 inventions, 65 utility models, 5 designs); 9 PCT International Patent Applications. The company also contributes to industry standardization, participating in: 4 National Standards; 9 Industry Standards (2 already published); 2 Group Standards.
