After application, the equipment operation reliability increases by 20%, and the probability of man-machine separation decreases by 20%, which will reduce the safety risk by more than 10%.

Anhui Masteel Mining Resources Group Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2019 and is subordinate to Baowu Resources. In 2021, 4.5732 million tons of aggregate will be produced and sold throughout the year, fulfilling the commitment of "no new solid waste will fall".

4. Improvement of working noise environment
The noise source of traditional drive system mainly comes from asynchronous motor, hydraulic coupler and reducer, which makes the working environment of operators very bad. The noise has caused great harm to the physical and mental health of operators, formed a lot of occupational diseases, and caused huge medical expense burden to coal mines and the country. However, the permanent magnet electric roller drive has very low running sound, which effectively reduces noise pollution and greatly improves the working environment of operators.
5. Improve power grid quality
Compared with the traditional asynchronous motor drive mode, the variable frequency drive of permanent magnet motor has greatly improved the quality of the power grid. The power factor of asynchronous motor is very low under light load, so it needs more reactive current from the power grid. The power supply quality of enterprises will decline, and the loss of line equipment and cables will increase. After the permanent magnet frequency conversion technology is adopted, the power factor of the drive system is improved, there is no current impact, and the load on the grid side rises steadily to the required power. The mechanical and electrical stresses of the equipment are greatly reduced, and the service life of the system is improved.
