New Positioning, New Capabilities, Moving Steadily Forward. From February 19th to 21st, 2024, the 2023 annual summary and commendation conference of Jiangsu JASUNG (referred to as "JASUNG" below) was grandly held at the company's headquarters. This annual event was divided into two parts: the annual summary conference and the commendation banquet, with the theme "Year of the Dragon, Dragon City, Witnessing Dragons in the Field." Leaders of JASUNG and all employees gathered together to look back on 2023 and look ahead to 2024.

First part

Annual Summary Conference
The annual summary conference comprehensively reviewed the high-quality development achievements of Jiangsu JASUNG in 2023 in terms of innovation, quality, market layout, and product matrix.

Innovation as the core—by the end of 2023, the company owned 92 authorized patents, including 89 in China (17 inventions, 67 utility models, 5 designs) and 3 overseas (all inventions); participated in revising 4 national standards, 10 industry standards (2 of which have been publicized), and 5 group standards (3 of which have been issued, and 2 are being formulated); established a research and development system focusing on "application innovation-oriented towards customer customized needs," "industrialization research and development oriented towards market demand," and "forward-looking research and development oriented towards future technology and product trends";

Quality as the foundation—during 2023, the company successively received awards and certifications such as "Jiangsu Engineering Design Center," "Jiangsu Fine Products," "Jiangsu Green Factory," "Wujin District Quality Award," and "Provincial Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base";

Market layout—supply has been made to countries along the "Belt and Road," including customers in Laos, Vietnam, Indonesia, Serbia, Africa, etc.; cooperation has been initiated with countries and regions such as Australia, Europe, and the Americas; currently, JASUNG's sales and technical service team totals more than 200 people, with 42 service points established domestically and internationally, each equipped with a technical service department and a unique seven-day service system;

Product matrix—JASUNG covers the application matrix with its product matrix, aiming to create a closed-loop scenario; established three major system solutions and core product solutions for permanent magnet drive.

In a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, the company's sales elites and functional departments combined their individual work experiences from 2023 to freely express themselves, sharing the achievements of the past year, analyzing the difficulties and challenges encountered in their work. This accumulation of valuable experience will contribute to the preparation for next year's work.

Second part

Annual Recognition Gala

At the beginning of the event, Ms. Fu Jie, the Chairwoman of JASUNG, delivered a New Year's summary, reviewing the past and looking towards the future. She expressed gratitude to all the employees for their hard work over the past year and conveyed warm and sincere New Year wishes.

The company established multiple awards such as the Five Excellence Employee Award, Five Excellence Team Award, Outstanding Leader Award, Weathering the Storm Award, Reaching for the Stars Award, Rising Star Award, Boundless Leader Award, Billionaire Club Award, and Pioneer Award. Certificates of honor and prizes were presented, and the audience cheered and celebrated the award recipients, focusing on the glory of their achievements and witnessing the power of role models.
