(hereinafter referred to as "Jasung Intelligent") and Xinjiang Zhongtai Chemical successfully held a signing ceremony for the specialized low-speed suspended ring energy-saving drive system project for mills. This signing marks a solid step forward in the cooperation between the two parties in promoting energy conservation, emission reduction, and green production, and will jointly pioneer the transformation of domestic grinding equipment's low-speed high-torque drive system to a permanent magnet low-speed suspended ring motor.

The core project of this cooperation is the transformation of a 3550kW horizontal ball mill. The traditional asynchronous motor-reducer drive mode suffers from low efficiency, high energy consumption, and high maintenance costs. The permanent magnet intelligent ring energy-saving drive system proposed by Jiaxuan Intelligent will fundamentally change this situation. This system features an integrated design of the motor rotor and the mill drum, eliminating complex components such as clutches, gearboxes, large and small gear sets, and lubrication systems found in traditional drive systems. This simplification enhances transmission efficiency and significantly reduces maintenance costs. This system is the first permanent magnet intelligent ring energy-saving drive system in the country with a capacity of over 3MW and represents the largest power permanent magnet low-speed suspended ring motor in the world, marking a significant breakthrough in technological innovation.
