JASUNG Debuts at The Mining Show 2025 in Dubai
From November 17th to 18th, 2025, The Mining Show was held in Dubai. Local governments and mining companies generally anticipate that the Middle East's mining and infrastructure sectors will enter a period of concentrated construction over the next five to ten years—with sand and gravel production lines, metal mining projects, port logistics facilities, and industrial drive systems successively commencing construction and upgrades.

Against this backdrop, JASUNG entered the Middle Eastern mining market for the first time, showcasing drive solutions centered around its Permanent Magnet Motorized Pulley. They engaged with companies from Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman, and other regions on key topics such as:
Equipment reliability under complex operating conditions
Lifecycle cost control for infrastructure projects
Engineering adaptation capabilities of drive systems
This trip to Dubai was more than a simple exhibition participation; it was a technical dialogue focused on "real-world operating conditions."
Typical projects in the Middle East fall into several categories, each with specific drive system requirements:
Large Sand & Gravel Production Lines: Open-air/24-7 operation – demands stability and simplified maintenance.
Port Logistics: Very long conveying distances – require energy efficiency and controllability.
New Mining Projects: Batch construction – need replicable, easily deployable solutions.
Existing Line Upgrades: Process compatibility – require high efficiency and compact design.

A common sentiment expressed by local enterprises was: "Equipment can be purchased, but implementing the solution is challenging." Conditions like high temperatures, dust, and 24/7 continuous operation make "adaptation to actual working conditions" a critical need.
JASUNG presented its Permanent Magnet Motorized Pulley not just as a standalone product, but within the context of specific project constraints. Its capabilities discussed included:
Customizing power and speed control schemes based on parameters like conveyor length, temperature, and load.
Enabling installation in tight spaces due to its compact design.
Simplifying the drive chain, reducing maintenance and spare parts variety.
Featuring reserved interfaces for easy integration with project automation systems.
This signifies that JASUNG aims not merely to replace a motor, but to provide foundational drive technology capabilities for projects.
A consensus emerged during discussions: "Specifications are less important than actual suitability." Representative client feedback highlighted this:
✔️ Many devices can run, but few can run long-term.
✔️ Projects aren't afraid of high costs; they fear downtime.
✔️ We need replicable solutions, not one-off equipment.
This feedback underscores the true purpose of JASUNG's participation: to validate needs, not merely display products.

Post-Exhibition: Not an End, but a Start
Following the exhibition, JASUNG has established follow-up communication plans with numerous companies and EPC contractors. The Middle East market is evolving beyond a mere "equipment export market"; it is entering a new phase characterized by engineered, systematic project development.
