Recently, the China Mining Product Safety Approval and Certification Center (MA Center) organized industry experts in Beijing to conduct a new product safety technical assessment for the 10kV Rated Voltage, 900kW Rated Power Mining High-Voltage Flameproof Three-Phase Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motorized Pulley developed by JASUNG.
The expert panel listened to reports on the R&D and safety design, reviewed the assessment documentation, and after a rigorous Q&A session and discussion, reached a unanimous conclusion: Designed for long-distance, high-capacity belt conveyors in underground coal mines, the product features targeted flameproof safety designs and test verification, and basically meets the preliminary conditions for trial use underground. This marks a milestone breakthrough for JASUNG in the field of high-voltage, high-power permanent magnet direct drive, successfully securing the world’s first "entry ticket" in this domain.

To address the common industry challenge of shaft current eroding bearings under high-voltage conditions, the product employs specialized insulation isolation and shielding structures, paired with high-temperature and high-voltage resistant insulation substrates. This reliably severs the shaft current conduction path, providing long-term protection for bearings and transmission components. Simultaneously, it adapts to 17-level and above multi-level inverter drive schemes, effectively suppressing common-mode voltage, mitigating high-frequency pulse interference, and establishing a comprehensive high-voltage electromagnetic protection and insulation system.
