Jasung Intelligent × Quanxing Energy | Successful signing of the Permanent Magnet Motor Project to jointly establish an intelligent high-end equipment base for industrial permanent magnet motors
On March 21, 2025, Jiangsu Jasung Intelligent Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. and Quanxing Energy Group officially signed a strategic agreement for the permanent magnet motor project. The signing ceremony was grandly held at the Government Affairs Center in Tengzhou, Shandong Province, marking a solid step forward by both parties in promoting green low-carbon transformation and empowering the high-end equipment manufacturing sector.
Zhang Bing, Chairman of the Zaozhuang Municipal CPPCC, attended the ceremony and gave a speech. Li Shoujiang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Zaozhuang Municipal Committee and Executive Vice Mayor, was present at the event. Wang Guangbu, Member of the Standing Committee of the Zaozhuang Municipal Committee and Secretary of the Tengzhou Municipal Committee, delivered an address. Liu Xiaolu, Deputy Secretary of the Tengzhou Municipal Committee and Mayor, hosted the ceremony. Zhang Zonghui, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Quanxing Energy Group, introduced the project cooperation, while Fu Jie, Chairman of Jasung Intelligent, delivered a speech. Representatives from relevant departments in Tengzhou, senior executives from Quanxing Energy Group and Green Energy Group, and Jasung Intelligent's regional directors and partner representatives attended the signing ceremony.
In his speech, Zhang Bing emphasized: “Jiangsu Jasung's technological breakthroughs and achievements in the field of permanent magnet motors are evident, and Quanxing Energy Group has set a benchmark in green transformation, industrial collaboration, and management innovation. This project cooperation represents a strong alliance of green technology and industrial resources against the backdrop of the 'dual carbon' goals. I hope both sides will focus on key technological fields, build a collaborative innovation platform, promote the accelerated application of permanent magnet drive technology, and contribute to the establishment of an innovative ecosystem across the entire industry chain.”
Wang Guangbu expressed: “This project is highly aligned with the development direction of Tengzhou's high-end equipment manufacturing industry. It not only fills the gap in regional permanent magnet motor manufacturing but will also drive the concentration of upstream and downstream enterprises, accelerating the construction of a modern industrial system. Tengzhou will provide high-quality services and comprehensive support to ensure the project is completed as soon as possible and delivers results quickly.”
Zhang Zonghui, in introducing the project cooperation, stated that in recent years, Quanxing Energy Group has focused on the city's “6+3” modern industrial system in the direction of “high-end equipment,” adopting a dual approach of “breaking old and establishing new” and striving to develop new quality productivity tailored to local conditions, advancing the optimization and upgrading of the group’s industrial structure. The signed permanent magnet motor drum project will be developed in three phases to create an intelligent high-end equipment industrial base.
Fu Jie noted in his address that Jasung Intelligent has always adhered to the development philosophy of “driving manufacturing with technology, leading the future with innovation.” Having focused on permanent magnet direct drive motor technology for over a decade, it has become a leading brand in the global permanent magnet electric drum sector. Collaborating with Quanxing Energy Group represents a profound integration of technology and industry, as well as an important practice in implementing the national “dual carbon” strategy and promoting the green upgrading of traditional industries. Moving forward, the joint venture will advance project construction to high standards, focusing on intelligent manufacturing, green development, and technological innovation, aiming to create a high-end equipment industrial model with national leadership.
According to the cooperation plan, the project will be developed in three phases to establish an intelligent high-end equipment industrial base for permanent magnet motors. The first phase will be located in the Luban Science and Technology Innovation Park in Tengzhou, while the second and third phases will continue to deepen product digitalization, intelligence, and scale development, aiming to build a highly competitive industrial permanent magnet motor production base in the Shandong region, significantly contributing to high-quality regional development.
