On March 21, 2025, Jiangsu Jasung Intelligent Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. and Quanxing Energy Group officially signed a strategic agreement for the permanent magnet motor project. The signing ceremony was grandly held at the Government Affairs Center in Tengzhou, Shandong Province, marking a solid step forward by both parties in promoting green low-carbon transformation and empowering the high-end equipment manufacturing sector.

Zhang Bing, Chairman of the Zaozhuang Municipal CPPCC, attended the ceremony and gave a speech. Li Shoujiang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Zaozhuang Municipal Committee and Executive Vice Mayor, was present at the event. Wang Guangbu, Member of the Standing Committee of the Zaozhuang Municipal Committee and Secretary of the Tengzhou Municipal Committee, delivered an address. In his speech, Zhang Bing emphasized: “Jiangsu Jasung's technological breakthroughs and achievements in the field of permanent magnet motors are evident, and Quanxing Energy Group has set a benchmark in green transformation, industrial collaboration, and management innovation. Zhang Zonghui, in introducing the project cooperation, stated that in recent years, Quanxing Energy Group has focused on the city's “6+3” modern industrial system in the direction of “high-end equipment,” adopting a dual approach of “breaking old and establishing new” and striving to develop new quality productivity tailored to local conditions, advancing the optimization and upgrading of the group’s industrial structure. The signed permanent magnet motor drum project will be developed in three phases to create an intelligent high-end equipment industrial base.

According to the cooperation plan, the project will be developed in three phases to establish an intelligent high-end equipment industrial base for permanent magnet motors. The first phase will be located in the Luban Science and Technology Innovation Park in Tengzhou, while the second and third phases will continue to deepen product digitalization, intelligence, and scale development, aiming to build a highly competitive industrial permanent magnet motor production base in the Shandong region, significantly contributing to high-quality regional development.
