  1. Departments at all levels of the factory make statistics on the preparation of their personnel in advance and report to the human resources department. Before entering the factory, employees from outside the urban area, employees who have reworked from larger epidemic areas, and related parties (including suppliers, logistics, business outsourcing, and dispatchers) must organize all medical personnel to check before entering the factory. The health check of all employees on the first day of resumption of work is especially important. It is better to be slow than to be wrong.

  2. Remind employees to do a good job of self-protection and disinfection during epidemic management and control during the period of being at home and after resuming production.

  3. After all employees go to work, any employee who finds physical abnormalities such as fever, fatigue, dry cough or dyspnea must immediately report to the management, and immediately perform on-site disinfection and arrange for employees to go to the hospital in time and notify the company of the diagnosis result.

  4. Before entering the factory, all employees, outsiders, and visitors must accept the doorman's infrared temperature measurement. The doorman is responsible for recording the body temperature. It is forbidden to enter the site if the temperature exceeds 37.3 degrees Celsius, and report to the factory and the docking person. Outsiders must also wear masks by themselves (the long-term business party’s factory provides temporary masks).

  5. Do a good job in the registration and confirmation of outsiders. All outsiders must register at the gate, with information such as name, phone number, and whether they have been to Hubei Province recently. Report to the company for self-isolation in accordance with government regulations, the factory will follow the work attendance, and the local management department will check the home quarantine through WeChat QQ video daily, and no fines will be deducted.

  6. Workers commuting to and from get off work by commuter vehicles must wear protective masks. They should use hand sanitizer to wash their hands in time after getting off the bus. After using the commuter vehicles, they must immediately disinfect and replace the chair cushion covers, and arrange for special personnel to manage and inspect them.

  7. Before resuming work and production and before going to work, each factory organizes medical personnel to disinfect all the places of the factory once, and then once every three days. In key areas-changing rooms, offices, household garbage dumps and smoking spots, designated personnel will be disinfected once a day in the morning and evening. The central air conditioner adopts air inlet disinfection and filtration according to the technical manual.

  8. Confirm the safety and sanitation measures of the centralized canteens of the factories. The canteens prohibit the purchase of live poultry and fish that have not been slaughtered or quarantined, and the provision of lettuce and steam sterilization of tableware are prohibited. The processing links are strictly separated from raw and cooked. Restaurant service personnel must carry out health checkups before work every day, take body temperature measurements and keep test records, and must wear gloves, protective glasses, medical masks, and protective shoes during operations. Disposable items must be thrown away collectively, repetitive protective equipment must be disinfected collectively, and repeated use without disinfection is prohibited. The tableware is uniformly distributed by the service staff. It is prohibited to take the tableware by yourself. Do not use your own chopsticks and tableware to pick dishes from the bowls and plates. The meals are uniformly distributed by the cafeteria staff. Food retention samples shall be implemented in accordance with regulations.

  9. Set up disinfectant hand sanitizer, soap and alcohol cotton balls or disinfectant wipes in main places such as toilets and canteens. Employees are required to wash their hands or wipe with alcohol cotton balls before and after meals, and rinse with running water.

  10. The guards, service personnel, cleaning and greening personnel must wear masks and rubber gloves and replace the above-mentioned protective equipment daily.

  11. After the resumption of work, the factory organizes a check on the necessary protective equipment inventory and calculates the recent use, purchases in advance and makes reasonable inventory. This material shall be distributed on demand as daily protective material and emergency disposal material. When necessary, a special person shall be arranged to be responsible for the unified replacement of the old and the new to prevent the infection of non-compliant discarding.

  12. In their respective labor positions, masks should be worn in non-human contact environments; masks and other protective equipment must be worn in positions with frequent contact with personnel and in closed positions (control rooms, etc.) for concentrated operations. It is forbidden to spit anywhere, and waste protective masks and oral and nasal secretions are wrapped in paper towels and placed in a special medical waste bucket with a cover designated by the factory (Safety Micro Class).

  13. The workshops, meeting rooms, offices and other densely populated places of all factories should keep windows open for ventilation (excluding central air-conditioning), at least twice a day in the morning and in the afternoon, each for 30 minutes.

  14. Before the end of the epidemic period, the factory temporarily cancels or controls the number of people to participate in group activities and large-scale meetings, and minimizes or stops business trips and gatherings. If necessary, report to all levels of management and obtain consent.

  15. Do not believe in rumors, do not spread rumors, and it is strictly forbidden to use social media to spread false information to create panic.

  16. For inactions, slow actions, and chaotic actions, formalism, bureaucracy, and underreporting or underreporting of the epidemic, we must promptly hold them accountable and release a strong signal that we must pay close attention to implementation and not tolerate slack.
