On June 20, 2019, Secretary Xue Xue, Secretary of the Economic and Information Bureau of Changzhou Wujin District, led a team to visit our company Jiangsu Jiaxuan Intelligent Industrial Technology Co., Ltd., and the Wujin District TV station gave our company’s permanent magnet direct drive outer rotor. The employees in various positions such as roller research and development, production, and testing conducted interviews and reports.

Liu Bing, the head of Jiaxuan factory, introduced to the visitors the excellent performance of the permanent magnet direct drive external rotor roller independently developed by the company in terms of energy saving. The product through the permanent magnet technology design, cancel the original conveyor driving part of the motor, reducer, coupler, coupling device, etc., the roller design into the outer rotor permanent magnet motor, energy saving can reach about 30% to 40%. Permanent magnet technology in the optimal state, is the application of emulsion pump, we achieved 70% of the energy saving effect. We also grafted the permanent magnet technology into the belt conveyor, this technology has won the national invention patent, and applied to Huadian, Pingmei, Huaneng and other more than 50 enterprises.
